Don't expect a club treadmill for this price, adjust your expectations accordingly. Quality product, very good for walking, running is possible too.
Purchase and shipment was smooth, 2 days before the expected delivery date call was made to arrange a date and time for the delivery. Delivery men were very friendly, so very satisfied with delivery.
Assembly was quite easy - took me only probably 2 hrs and most time was spent reading instructions.
Started using it immediately after assembly, makes annoying beeps after every change in settings, I definetely will destroy the speaker. Be patient when adjusting running track (left-right), use a low speed and wait little-bit after every adjustment.

After considerable research, this machine had all the features I wanted which included one-touch controls for speed and incline, a built in fan and a relatively short belt length (perhaps not good for running, but I only walk, and it takes up less space). For me, however, the best feature was the fact that the entire console moves as you incline the unit. On most machines in this price range the handle remains fixed, so that as the bed moves to higher inclines you need to lean over to hold on to the bar. The fact that the handle moves with the incline is, for me, a major comfort feature.

One thing to be aware of, which other reviewers have also mentioned, is that delivery is only to your door. Once the delivery truck left, to get the machine down to the basement I thought the only feasible approach was to take it out of the box. When you read the manual, the directions clearly say to not remove the machine from the box before assembling the arms. The reason for this direction is that there is a hydraulic bracket on the base which flips over if it is not held in position. Unfortunately, I took the machine out of the box to get it down the steps before I read the manual. Trust me; it is a lot harder to get the frame reset once the problem has occurred. It would be useful if this warning was printed on the box. Otherwise, assembly was straightforward, and the machine works very well. -Amazon.com

After reading quite a few reviews I was under the impression that this was a very sturdy treadmill. It has a much higher weight tolerance than most home models in this price range and a heavy duty deck. Unfortunately when I set it up at home and began running on it, I found that it's not quite a sturdy as it claimed. There is still a definite unsteady feel and it does shake. While walking it's great, the fan is a nice option but if you're a frequent runner, I would opt for something more substantial. -Amazon.com

MUCH better than expected: quiet (almost silent), easy to change speeds and elevation; easy to install (five pieces, i installed it alone, but two people would be easier). As good as fitness center equipment; solid and light enough to move by yourself. Only downside was the key wasn't included so we had to wait, and customer service is only open 9-5 M-F, but once we made contact they FEDEXed it and we had it in three days. -Amazon.com

I purchased this treadmill and have been using it for the past two months, and it's great! Construction was simple--although it requires two people--and it's a really solid machine.

I jog and walk briskly on it, and it's very sturdy. The controls and features are great.
